What should you do with your installers when you have no installs?
Here’s what I do. I have my installers run system checks / service maintenance visits.
Who better to identify worn out equipment than the people who are replacing it? The installers see old equipment and replace it every day. They know what to look for, and they will generate more leads for your salesmen.
Don’t send your installer home when there are no installs, put them in front of your customer’s equipment and have them turn over leads. The installer has the most to gain when turning over a lead. They get to install more equipment.
