As a service business coaching in the PHCE industry I see independent home service contractors focus their communication on what they are willing and prepared to share with employees. However, it’s when these owners start to listen to what employees want AND need to know to be more effective in their roles — as service technicians, call center reps or general managers — that effective communication begins.
