ST. PAUL, Minn. — Nexstar Network® is pleased to announce Dan Friesen has joined its staff as a full-time master trainer.

Friesen has been a world-class trainer and contributor to Nexstar since 2004. He started in the trades as an HVAC install helper and has performed key sales and management roles including starting and selling his own business in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Since 2004, he has been part of the Nexstar Network member trainer group, conducting training classes designed to educate technicians and business leaders on Nexstar’s systems and resources.

When asked why he is excited to join Nexstar full-time he said, “It feels like everything I’ve done over the last 10 years has lead me to this point, and I’m thrilled to be working full-time with Nexstar. Nexstar has changed my life, and now I get to dedicate my time to sharing that magic with our members, this incredible group of friends I have. I’m humbled and honored to be a part of this in a full-time capacity.”

Nexstar Network president and CEO Jack Tester said, “We are thrilled to have Dan on-board full-time. He has been an amazing trainer for over 10 years and this will allow Nexstar to use Dan’s unique training and development skills five days a week. We could not be happier for our members and Dan!”

Friesen lives in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada with his wife and four children. In his spare time he coaches every sport his kids play and enjoys camping, fishing and hiking in the nearby Rocky Mountains.
