Nexstar Network launches three new websites

Public and member websites have been redesigned for a better user experience

SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Nexstar Network is thrilled to announce the launch of three new websites: a redesign of the public website (www.nexstarnetwork.com) and two websites for its membership. The new websites for members include a website for management-level employees and Nexstar’s first-ever website geared toward frontline employees (technicians, CSRs, etc.).

“We have world-class live training and continue to build out the strongest online training and resources in this industry,” said Nexstar President & CEO Jack Tester. “Our new website is really a training and education platform for our members. We have online content for every position in a member’s company, accessible from anywhere in the world.”

Nexstar was looking to create a more user-friendly online experience for its members. Nexstar’s developments team, Rachel Whitman, Katherine Popp-Gritsenko, Jake Frantzen and Robin Turnblom, built these websites in house in collaboration with online marketing agency Small Business Mavericks.

“Nexstar is taking a big step forward with our new web platform,” said Whitman, who is Nexstar’s director of developments. “All of our content is now mobile-responsive, and we’ve created a structure that will easily allow us to add content quickly. More than ever before, we’re able to be flexible and adapt to our members’ needs and industry changes.”

Highlights from the management-level member site include video coaching lessons, an easy-to-navigate resource library, an online member locator, and a private social media network for Nexstar members only. The frontline employee website includes tools these staff can implement in their daily jobs, such as Nexstar Service System© self-study guides, invoice training and video series that train call center excellence.

Nexstar encourages everyone to visit the new public website at www.nexstarnetwork.com. Potential members are advised to call the organization if interested in seeing the new member websites.
