How long have you been with your company and in the industry?
I started working at Donnelly’s Sept. 1, 2015.
How did you get started in call centers and customer service?
I have over 20 years customer service experience working in retail and many different call center environments from small to very large.
Where are you from?
I am originally from Pittsburgh and currently reside in Gilbertsville, PA, a small town located about 50 miles NW of Philadelphia.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy attending auto races, hanging with friends, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers in football and Pittsburgh Penguins in hockey.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my job is being able to help customers. I get a good feeling when I know that I have been able to help them resolve their problem.
How does Nexstar help you do your job?
I have to say Nexstar is awesome! I have had the opportunity to attend both Call Center and Dispatch classes in St Paul, MN this year and the training was top notch. I was able to take back so much knowledge from the training sessions and educate my co-workers and apply the techniques to our everyday job functions.
