Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric Hosts Peer Group

This spring, 38 Nexstar Network attendees from 15 member shops gathered for a much-anticipated, wait-listed Peer Group. The big event at Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric’s Sun Prairie, WI offices brought participants together from near and far – including Arizona, North Carolina, and Washington State!

Keith Ouimette, Chief Operations Officer of Cardinal, and his welcoming team hosted the three-day event and shared his appreciation for everyone who took time to participate. “We are truly blessed to be a part of an organization full of amazing businesspeople who are committed to helping each other grow while creating great opportunities in the trades,” Keith noted.

Nexstar plans several Peer Groups annually that take place at different home service contractor member locations. Attendees leave with fresh ideas and insights, new connections, and a renewed commitment to the growth and success of their business, says Jamie Robinson, Nexstar Business Coach who helped facilitate the recent Cardinal Peer Group
