New Recruitment Solution For The Trades Taps Talent Acquisition All-Stars

A new partnership with Nexstar Strategic Partner Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA) means that members can leverage NexHire’s comprehensive recruitment strategies and cutting-edge marketing tools to streamline their hiring processes and identify right-fit candidates right off the bat.

The extensive service offering was created in partnership with Nexstar’s Talent Acquisition Coaches Jason Florek and Steffan Busch and the expert team at Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA). Together they spent 2024 developing NexHire exclusively for Nexstar members. According to Jason, the integrated talent acquisition solution helps members scale their businesses and remain competitive while saving time and money.

“Our early beta testing delivered strong results with members who are eager to continue along this NexHire journey and secure top talent to build out their team ahead of busy season,” Jason explained. “The three-month program with Steffan and I includes in-depth coaching as we work in-step with our members on strategy, process, metrics, and compliance. The resourceful team at HRA focuses on the right recruitment marketing strategies and sourcing using traditional as well as non-traditional tactics to attract quality candidates.”

Nexstar members visited the NexHire booth at Super Meeting 2024 in Orlando last September and learned more about the exclusive new recruiting service from Aaron Wynn, HRA, and Steffan Busch, Nexstar Talent Acquisition Coach.
