What’s Happening at Super Meeting 2024?

Nexstar members, are you registered to attend Super Meeting 2024 yet? You don’t want to miss this one! Happening from September 24–27 in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, Super Meeting 2024 is going to exceed your expectations… and then some!

If you’re new to Nexstar or aren’t familiar with our “big show,” Super Meeting is Nexstar’s largest annual get-together, where we come together to connect and network with our members, the best in the industry!

This year, our theme is Built to Scale – we’re ready to help members take their business to the next level, whatever that means for them. During our time together, we’ll focus on leveraging leading practices with proven and emerging technologies. The tech space is ever-evolving, and as we continue to learn from our partners and our members, we vow to bring attendees the operational practices that will help grow their business. Our coaches and partners are excited to help cut through the noise of tech and deliver the tactics and strategic direction to ensure success in today’s market.

On Tuesday, September 24, Super Meeting will kick off with a bang – the two-day Strategic Partner Tradeshow will open, and attendees be able to chat with many partners in-person and find out how they can help guide success. There will also be a Welcome Reception, where members can mingle with their peers; a 90-to-Connect speed-networking event; coach and trainer connection rooms (for meeting with your coaches face-to-face!); and informative Strategic Partner breakout sessions. Titles for these sessions include:

Wednesday, September 25 is just as packed with helpful events – and the excitement starts early in the day! If you’re a new member, make sure to attend the New Member Breakfast, where you’ll meet your peers and some of the members of the Nexstar leadership team.

Then our dynamic keynote and serial entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk will jumpstart the main stage programming sharing an inspiring address on how harnessing a marketing mindset can drive success. Breakout sessions will explore how AI is transforming business, and you can join one of several free Strategic Partner-sponsored outings, including a beer tasting, a golf outing, and a wine-tasting excursion.
